Can I use the day spa area without staying at the hotel?
Of course! Our Zillertal Day Spa is open to external guests.
Do I have to book treatments in advance?
Yes, appointments are required, especially for massages and beauty treatments.
Are there any offers for children?
Children are welcome to use the pool area if you would like to bring them with you, but not the sauna. The spa area, including the sauna, is only suitable for young people aged 15 and over.
Can I book wellness treatments without spa admission?
Yes, massages and beauty treatments can be booked independently of your day visit, and appointments are available.
What should I bring to the spa?
We will provide you with everything you need for the spa area, including a bathrobe, sauna towels (€20 rental fee) and eco-friendly slippers (€2.50).
Are there treatments for pregnant women?
Our mummy treatments are specially tailored to pregnant women. Please inform us when booking so that we can select the most suitable treatment for you.
What hygiene rules are there?
We recommend showering before visiting the spa. Foot disinfection and personal relaxation mats are available in designated areas.
Is there parking at the resort?
Yes, free parking is available directly at My Alpenwelt Resort. We also offer three electric vehicle charging stations – perfect for a sustainable wellness day in the Zillertal. The charging stations are located right by the main entrance, which is ideal for guests from the Zillertal, Tyrol and the Salzburg region.
